Winter holiday weeks are $1500.
Rental Policies
$250.00 Reservation fee due within 15 days to hold reservation. Rent, $750 security deposit, 10 % City of Carpinteria Occupancy Tax, and $135.00 cleaning fee due 5 weeks before check-in to confirm reservation. Reservation fee can be credited toward final payment.
$750 security deposit and reservation fee (less any damage or lost key charges) is refunded after stay. $250 Reservation fee is forfeit if reservation is canceled.
